Introduction

To celebrate the opening of Wells & Co's new brewery Brewpoint, the team set a competition for designers to submit original illustrations that can be used on their pump clips and for prints. They wanted the prints to be fun, light and not take themselves too seriously.

Inspiration

Selecting the proposed name "Boneshaker" I took inspiration from the first true bicycle with pedals - also known as a velocipede. As they had solid tyres they would 'rattle your bones' while riding over the cobbled streets of France

My digital submission was printed on high quality card and is now on sale signed and numbered in their merchandise section of the brewery

Pump Clip

With the dark amber ale now available, the design has been cropped for the pump clip

We would love to use your work as one of the 12 cask beers in our seasonal calendar in 2021. We think it would look amazing on our bars and would be a very popular print.
