With a growth in the usage of David's poetry by primary schools, he approached me to create a site that focuses on the user experience rather than the database style site he was using prior.
I took inspiration from David’s fun and upbeat poems, along with researching into comparative sites used by teachers and young students alike.
The site has a clear linked path to multiple genres of poetry, with the option to print, share or save each one as a PDF.
With so many poems on offer, the site has been made compact and simple.
With minimal scrolling, the user can quickly access similar pieces or change the poem category.
